The restaurant near by had great pizza. The washing machine was useful and the AC worked fine.

Although we had to pay for the towels and the linens so much, one of the bedsheets had big stains! The kitchen towel they gave us did not suck any moistures and it was impossible to dry anything. Maybe that was the reason that some of the stuff in the kitchen cabinets were stored wet. The balcony was very dusty. At the check out, we had to look for the trash containers out side of the properties to dispose our own trash because we couldn’t find one. On the first night, there was no warm water in the apartment so we contacted the customer service. They’ve sent a person to come and turn on the electric water heater but the customer service could have told us to turn on the switch instead. We have booked the apartment mainly because of the pool but in fact we haven’t been able to use it at once since there was a long restricted timeframe in the afternoon. Picking up the keys to check in and out made it already complicated enough with the kids. The overall stay was also complicated and not relaxing.
