Good choice quality/price, especially if you go with children. Nice and friendly dog. Great for barbecuing.

Ok, overall. We had all the 3 bungalows for almost one week. Some improvements would be welcome. The second bungalow had no hood. The 2nd and 3rd bungalows had only fixed showers. It was difficult to use, especially if you have small kids. TV only in the 1st and 3rd bungalows. A little bit far away from the beach if you have small kids, but you can take the car and leave it closer to the Enzo restaurant. There are lots of mosquitos in the area for about one hour in the morning and 2 hours in the evening.

Perfect for a quiet beach getaway

The bungalow is great, equipped with everything you need, spacious, bright and and comfortable, AC works great for the space. You have everything you need to cook your meals there if you want. 10 minute walk to a beautiful free beach and a few nice restaurants within walking distance. The only downside for me was the setup of the toilet cause it’s a bit tight.

Superb

Well situated location - far enough from campings and their night noise, close enough to the beach (10min. walk). All windows of bungallow had the nets in the windows to protect against mosquitoes, and also blinds to protect agains sun when being out, air condition was working well for afternoon cooking and was not needed to run in the night, car was parked just beside the appartment. It is very close to Punta Sabbioni port where a ship transport to Venice can be taken (e.g. ACI company return ticket for 10Eur per person). There are several restaurants and supermarkets (and also farmers markets) in the vicinity. Beach was not crowded and it was clean. Sea water was quite clean too. The host Daniela was very friendly and unlike the description of accomodation she spoke English well, so it was not needed to stress with my poor german speaking :)

Well, the mosquitoes seem they are resistant to anything, my son was their favourite :)

Great family break.

Pro - Great family break at Bungalow bei Emma. Comfy beds, dark rooms, hot shower and plenty of hot water, cold air con and cold fridge. Oven and hob worked great. Our children loved the dog, Sally and wandering around the grounds in the evening. Sure, the decor is dated but it adds to the charm. We found the kitchen to be well supplied with everything we needed. Those reviews saying no toaster, we managed just fine toasting in a dry pan 😉 we especially liked that there is a small BBQ provided. Caribe bay water park is a must and you can buy a day ticket for Camping Village Cavellino (minutes walk away) for €18 a day and use their pool/spa/facilities from 8am - 10pm. You can get discounted tickets for Caribe bay if you book more than 6 days in advance, and then you can use on any day throughout the season. I personally think you need 2 days at Caribe bay because the shows are brilliant. You can book 2 days at a discounted rate online. The beach is 15 minutes walk away but there's also a car park right on the beach if you don't want to walk. There's a couple of restaurants a couple of minutes walk, then a couple more 10 minutes walk. There's a small supermarket, grocer and butcher close by too.

Con - There's a private pool on the grounds and it's such a shame something can't be figured out with the guests having a slot to use it or to pay the owners directly but if you go expecting no pool, it's not the end of the world and the beach and other pool options are available.

Great value for the price. Fantastic value for hospitality, comfort and location.

Emma and her family were very welcoming and exceptionally fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fully equipped with whatever you may need for cooking, comfort and having a pleasant stay. The bungalow was less than a minute drive from the main road, but far enough not to be noisy at all. The beach was just around 15-20min away on foot (with 3 small kids including a baby), so it is very close. The beach itself is family friendly with the warmest water I have ever seen on sea and even though it was main season it was not at all overcrowded. You can find two local shops front of each other in about 5min drive and their prices were modest and they had a large selection of local, great quality products. Like that we could try many local dishes without eating out every day. The port, Punta Sabbioni was only 10min by car, parking for all day from 7euro. For only 20euro adults can have a full day ticket valid for vaporettos in Venice, buses on Lido and boats/ships around Venice including Murano and Burano. Children 6-12 have discount and 0-6 don't have to pay. The price of this place was surprisingly good comparing to any other near Cavallino and around Lido di Jesolo. I can only recommend it. Ps. Do not miss to watch the sunrise on the beach. The children loved all of it.

I wish they would have more than 3 bungalows because we would like to return with more friends and family members.

I was pleasantly surprised by the bungalow. It looks better in reality than in the pictures. The host was friendly and helpful, the beach very nice. Comfortable beds, decently equipped kitchen, good value for money.

Toller spontaner Aufenthalt, nette Gastgeberin

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Sind an 2 Tagen jeweils von Punta Sabbioni nach Venedig/Burano mit dem Schiff. Von daher war die Lage sehr gut. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Auto kann direkt neben Bungalow geparkt werden. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe war super. Sind erst spät und recht spontan angereist, die Besitzerin wohnt direkt vor Ort. Wir haben aus der Küche kaum etwas benutzt, da wir Essen waren. Ausstattung an sich prima. Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie super. Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Spricht auch Deutsch. Ca. 800 m ans Meer Alles war total unkompliziert. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder vorbei.

Tolle Bungalows mit flauschigem Fellfreund.

Da wir zu 7 waren, haben wir 2 von den 3 Bungalows gebucht für unseren Aufenthalt in Italien. Einer der Bungalow war sehr modern, also renoviert. Der andere war zwar etwas älter aber trotzdem völlig in Ordnung. Man hatte in beiden Bungalows alles was man braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr schön und dauert auch keine 20 Min. Der süße Hund kommt einen manchmal auf der Terrasse besuchen. An sich hatten wir ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort! Würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Leider konnte man nicht draußen sitzen ohne von mindestens 20 Mücken gestochen zu werden. (Wir haben und regelmäßig mit Mückenspray eingesprüht, aber die Mücken dort sind sehr hartnäckig) Der Hund macht leider sein Geschäft auch um die Häuser herum verteilt. Manchmal riecht man es direkt. Man sollte aufpassen, wo man hintritt. An 2 Tagen hatten wir leider auch nur kaltes Wasser, was uns persönlich nicht allzu gestört hat. Wir wissen nur leider nicht aus welchem Grund, kein warmes Wasser mehr kam.

Super zentrale Lage unweit von Geschäften, Restaurants und Strand. Kein Massentrubel, weil nur 3 Bungalows auf einem familiengeführten Agrarbetrieb- Anwesen vorhanden sind. Sehr liebevolle Vermieterin, die auch exzellent Deutsch spricht und für Tierliebhaber kommt der "Hofhund" täglich vorbei. Jederzeit wieder!!!!

La struttura e’ comoda al mare, in due minuti di macchina ci si arriva, la proprietaria e’ stata estremamente gentile e puntuale, i bungalow sono in mezzo al verde e tutto e’ tenuto con estrema cura ! Posto consigliatissimo ! Ci tornerò sicuramente ! Mia figlia felicissima !

A szállásadó hölgy nagyon kedves volt,sok hasznos információval ellátott bennünket. A szálláshely egy külterületen található , nem messze a fő úttól.Kicsit nehezen találtunk rá. A lakás elfogadható 1-2 napos ott tartózkodáshoz.4 személynek szűkös a hely annak ellenére,hogy kettő hálószobás, a konyha étkező rész elég kicsi.

Február végén utaztunk ide , még hűvős idő volt .Jég hideg lakás várt bennünket, addigra lett elfogadható a benti hőmérséklet mire eljöttünk . Az ágyak is teljesen át voltak hűlve.

Ein schöner erster Urlaub mit Baby

Ein schöner Urlaub mit der Familie (Kinder 3 Jahre bzw 10 Monate alt) in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad war alles gut zu erreichen (Geschäfte, Strand). Auch für kleine Ausflüge in die größeren Orte von Cavallino-Treporti, soweit alles über Radwege zu erreichen, auch der Ort Punta Sabbioni (Venedig). Der Bungalow bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub im Süden braucht: Klimaanlage, Rollos und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern ;-). Auch ansonsten war die Ausstattung ausreichend für kleinere Gerichte zum zubereiten. Auf der Terrasse gab es zusätzlich Kindermöbel und sogar einen Grill. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die besondere Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieterin, sie ist bedacht darauf, dass alles passt und die Urlauber sich wohlfühlen, sie steht für alle Fragen offen. Ihr Hund hat sich auch immer wieder nach dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste erkundigt, war aber in keinster Weise aufdringlich, sehr ruhig und lieb.

Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sehr sauber und hat trotzdem seinen Zweck erfüllt.
