Welcome to our vacation rental, “Jan Rasmus”! Enjoy the cozy East Frisian atmosphere.
This upper-floor apartment measures 52 square meters and is located in a quiet residential area right next to the dike. Despite this quiet location, the town center—with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and the famous Greetsiel Harbor—is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The interior is bright, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. There are two bedrooms decorated in a nautical style, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses) and the other with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). All beds have adjustable slatted frames. The living room is furnished with traditional East Frisian sofas, an armchair, a 32" Panasonic QLED TV, a DVD player, and DSL Wi-Fi guest access, ensuring a relaxing stay.
The kitchen and dining area were redesigned in January 2026. The dining area, located next to the built-in kitchen, features a cozy dining space. The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, a microwave, and a Ninja air fryer.
The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, and underfloor heating for added comfort. A hair dryer is provided.
The storage room contains a washing machine (4.5 kg), a clothes drying rack, an ironing board, and other household items. Insect screens are installed in the bedrooms and living room.
A parking space is also available.
Prices vary depending on the season and length of stay. The cost includes all utilities such as heat, water, and electricity (charging electric cars is not permitted!). Bed linens and towels are provided upon request for a fee.
