The upstairs apartment measures 50 square meters and features a cozy Frisian atmosphere. It is located in a quiet residential area right next to the dike. Despite its quiet location, the town center—with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and the famous Greetsiel Harbor—is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The bright and inviting living room is tastefully furnished with a harmonious color scheme. Amenities include a 32-inch Panasonic QLED HD TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and sun blinds for added comfort. The open-concept living area features a cozy dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a small desk, and a blackout roller shade. Both beds have adjustable slatted frames, and both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens.
The en suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a towel warmer.
The small storage room contains a washing machine (7 kg) and a clothes drying rack.
DSL Wi-Fi guest access is available to guests. A parking space is included with the apartment.
