Welcome to our lovingly furnished, country-style vacation home!
With approximately 75 m² of space, you’ll find a cozy home for up to 4 adults and a toddler—ideal for a relaxing family vacation on the North Sea.

Families in particular will appreciate the fully fenced-in yard, the sunny southwest-facing terrace, and the proximity to the dike. Here, children can play carefree while you enjoy your vacation.

🛋️ Cozy living area

The bright and cheerfully furnished living and dining area forms the heart of the home. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated and offers plenty of storage space as well as everything you need to prepare your vacation meals.

The cozy bay window features a large dining table that seats up to 6 people—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or a leisurely breakfast.

The comfortable seating area with a sofa and two armchairs invites you to relax by the decorative fireplace. Through the large patio doors, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and have direct access to the patio.

Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with satellite/cable, a Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi (guest access for browsing the web and checking email).

On the upper floor are two lovingly furnished bedrooms.

An additional guest restroom on the first floor provides extra convenience.

You can store your bicycles safely and securely in a lockable shed.

ℹ️ Important information about additional services

🪪 Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and is charged by the tourist office per person per night. The amount must be transferred to the owner before your arrival.

To receive the tourist cards, you must also register via the link provided by the tourist office. You will then receive the visitor cards conveniently via email.

🧺 Bedding & Towels
Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price and can be booked as a linen package for an additional fee.
