The holiday home is located near the picturesque village center of Greetsiel.

The ground floor features a guest WC with shower and a utility room with washing machine and microwave, as well as a spacious and modernly furnished living and dining area with a fitted kitchen including a dishwasher.

The living area with a wood-burning stove offers excellent opportunities for cozy winter evenings.

The southwest-facing terrace with a glazed roof provides shelter even in changeable weather.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with a total of six beds (one double bed, two double beds) and a shower room. A wardrobe provides space for a travel cot.
