About this apartment rental
This cozy ground-floor apartment measures 53 square meters and is located in a quiet residential area right next to the dike. The town center, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and the famous Greetsiel Harbor, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
It features 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses, 90 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and a desk. Both rooms are furnished in a Scandinavian style with white furniture and curtains.
The spacious and bright living and dining area with an integrated kitchen was renovated in January 2026. The new eco-friendly vinyl flooring with a wood-grain design creates a cozy atmosphere. A comfortable corner sofa with a 40-inch Samsung Full HD LCD TV, a stereo system, and high-speed DSL Wi-Fi guest access leave nothing to be desired. The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped, with a wide range of kitchen utensils—including a hand mixer, mini food processor, and immersion blender—to round out the offerings. Stylish coffee, tea, and dinnerware are also provided. A round dining table with chairs completes the dining area.
From the living room, you have direct access to the private, sunny southwest-facing terrace with seating and a parasol.
The interior bathroom is small but nice and is equipped with a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a towel warmer.
A small storage room contains a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron.
Parking space No. 9 is available for your use.
Prices for the apartment vary depending on the season and length of stay. The cost includes all utilities such as heat, water, and electricity (charging electric cars is not permitted!). Bed linens and towels are provided upon request for a fee.
