Brand-new apartment (completion March 2026) with a harbor view in Greetsiel!
We welcome you to this high-quality, approximately 65-square-meter apartment in a great location in Greetsiel. The light-filled living and dining area on the upper floor features a cozy sofa and armchair arrangement, including a large TV and direct access to the furnished balcony. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a separate freezer, Senseo pod machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, salad spinner, blender, tabletop grill, small raclette machine, and waffle maker. Also on this floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, TV, and an infrared sauna, as well as one of the bathrooms with a heated towel rack, sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.
In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a dresser, an armchair, and a TV. This floor also features two more highlights of the apartment: First, you’ll enjoy a great view over the dike toward the harbor of Greetsiel, and second, the side gable has been transformed into a wonderful place to relax, complete with a comfortable mattress and an electrical outlet. You’ll also find the washer-dryer up here, as well as the second bathroom with a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and heated towel rack.
The entire upper floor is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating; the attic (with the exception of the tiled bathroom) features high-quality laminate flooring. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens.
In front of the house, there is a parking space and a garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles. A wallbox for charging electric cars (upon prior registration and for a fee) is also available.
Dogs are not allowed in this apartment, and smoking is prohibited.
