Brand-new apartment (completion March 2026) in a great location in Greetsiel!
We welcome you to this high-quality, fully furnished apartment, approximately 65 square meters in size, in a great location in Greetsiel. The light-filled living and dining area on the upper floor features a cozy sofa and armchair arrangement, including a large TV and direct access to the furnished balcony. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, Senseo pod coffee maker, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, salad spinner, blender, tabletop grill, small raclette set, and waffle maker. Also on this floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a closet, and a TV, as well as one of the bathrooms with a heated towel rack, sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.
The attic features another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m × 2.00 m), a dresser, a stool, and a TV. Here, in the side gable, you’ll find a wonderful place to relax with a cozy mattress and an electrical outlet. You’ll also find the washer-dryer up here, as well as the second bathroom with a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and heated towel rack.
The entire upper floor is tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating; the attic (with the exception of the tiled bathroom) features high-quality laminate flooring. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens.
In front of the house, there is a parking space and a garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles. A wallbox for charging electric cars (upon prior registration and for a fee) is also available.
Dogs are not permitted in this apartment, and smoking is not allowed.
