Inside, the 29 m² apartment accommodates up to three guests within a single open-plan living space. The sleeping arrangement includes a pull-out sofa bed for two guests and a separate single sofa bed, providing a clear and efficient layout. The living area includes a seating space, a television and a dining table, creating a functional environment for everyday use. A fully equipped kitchenette features appliances such as ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster, allowing for easy meal preparation. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and hand shower, along with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Large doors open onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a sunshade, offering a pleasant space to relax or enjoy meals outside. The layout extends naturally into the outdoor area, adding a sense of space.
Water, heating and electricity are included, along with WiFi in the accommodation and lobby, television, access to the swimming pool and private parking. Located near Saumur, with vineyards, historic sites and cycling routes nearby, this apartment provides a practical and well-situated base for exploring the region.
