Welcome to Soustons in our charming house to enjoy a change of scenery to discover the wonders of the Landes!
Character house in the pure Landes style, on one level, with a surface area of 180 m² with a large living room, living room dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Three bedrooms of 13 m² with a double bed each (160x200), equipped with alcoves with wardrobe and shelves, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with induction hob, microwave, hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cupboards...), a bathroom (shower and bath), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Outdoor garden of 3000m² with two covered terraces and its woven rattan garden furniture to enjoy a moment of relaxation in a wooded and very quiet environment.
Covered garage available to protect your car or sports equipment (bicycles, surfboards...).
Our home is pleasant in all seasons, cool in hot weather (it's rare !!) and a real cozy nest for winter evenings.
It is located near the city center of Soustons, close to marked trails in the forest, the lake, the ocean and nautical clubs (sailing, paddle, kayak) within a radius of 10 kilometers.
The bike path is close to the house and will allow you to pedal, run to Vieux-Boucau, Seignosse and even Léon on a shaded area in the middle of summer before going to cool off in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
