The house is well located, 3 kms from all shops, 7 kms from the ocean, marine lake, golf course and sports fields. At the exit of the property, a beautiful cycle path leads you to beaches, lakes and ocean. Four bicycles are at your disposal.
Many festivities are proposed; cinema, media library, performance hall.
For the summer season, 2 attractive markets are offered every week.

Sylvette et son ami sont des gens très sympathiques qui nous ont accueilli dans une maison très propre et conforme à la description que l'on retrouve sur Abritel. Ils étaient très facilement disponibles pour la moindre requête.
La maison est très agréable et entourée de verdure, isolée du centre de Soustons, sans pour autant être trop éloignée des commerces et des activités alentours.
Amis chercheurs de tranquillité, ne passez pas votre chemin !
