Soustons, near the lake (300 m) and the city center (1.2 km), Spacious (170 m²) and pleasant contemporary house of 6 rooms that can accommodate up to 11 people.
It will allow you to spend a pleasant stay, in a modern and comfortable house located in the middle of nature.
It is composed on the first floor of two terraces (south and north), outdoor kitchen, a kitchen open to a large living-dining room, a bathroom (shower, bath), a toilet, as well as two bedrooms.
Upstairs: a shower room, a toilet, two spacious bedrooms as well as a large mezzanine equipped with a television area, internet, and a children's play area.
All on a large plot where plancha and garden furniture are at your disposal.
On the practical side, the house is equipped with: microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, table football, ping pong table, children's games (swing set and hut) 4 double beds in 140, 1 double bed in 160, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed, and 1 high chair.

Rates (3 nights minimum):
- Low season: 1,200 €/week (171 €/night)
- Mid Season: (school holidays) 1 500 €/week (214 €/night)
- High Season (1 week minimum) July - August 1 800 €/week
Optional:
- Bed linen and towels: 14 € /person.
- End of stay cleaning: 150.00 €
