The rental is ideal for 2 couples and 3 children or 3 couples and a child.
Completely renovated in 2016, you will find upscale.
A 4x4m magnesium pool has you fully booked.
The decor is particularly neat, furniture, appliances, bedding and linens are new, complete and comfortable.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and classic, toaster, kettle, cooker ...) semi open to the dining room and living room.
The dining room has a large table and comfortable chairs.
The living room offers a large sofa with 2 large comfortable cushions and a telescopic flat screen.
The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower and toilet included), a large mirror and a large closet with compartments.
You will find in the first, 1 bed 160x200 in the second, 1 bed 160x200 and in the third, 3 beds 90x200.
On arrival the beds are made, each person has a bath towel and a bath mat in each bathroom and towels in the kitchen.
Soustons is a bustling city in summer with 2 markets on Mondays and Thursdays mornings and a night market on Fridays. You will find all the conveniences of shopping (Intermarché and Leclerc with malls), a cinema and many restaurants.
The local festival takes place on the first Thursday of August until Monday, Feria atmosphere assured in white and blue with music, tapas bars, and rides thrills every night.
The beach, golf and Lake Soustons are located 14 km from the rental.
You can have fun with the many activities offered by the region will be near 2 Internationnaux beautiful golf course of Moliets and Seignosse.
Internships are available all sports (golf, tennis, surfing, kite-surfing, boogie boarding, sailing) for adults and children and an acro-branches and paintballing center for children. Multiple hiking, bike rental and opportunities for karting and canoeing.
Nearby (20km) you will find in St Paul les Dax a thalassotherapy center and a casino. A central Cures Dax (25km), the tourist cities of Bayonne, Biarritz and St. Jean de Luz 30 minutes from the rental.
A dog and / or cat are accepted free of charge.
In the summer period bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, we can not accept a departure on a Sunday for example.
The owners live at 30m but are very discreet :-)

Great experience. Totally recommend for stay some days with family and friends. The house have all the things you can need. The only thing that could be better is internet, the connection is slow, it could be a problem if you need to work remotely, but the house and environment are great!

We loved our stay in this house.
The house is perfect, both inside and out. We are a family of 4 so the house was huge for us. 7 would have fit in without a problem. Each bedroom has good facilities - an ensuite shower room and a good sized wardrobe with adequate space for holiday clothes, including hangers.
The kitchen is so well stocked and has everything you could ever need and more. We loved that there was a laundry room and we made good use of the laundry facilities!
There is plenty of seating space, for relaxing in front of the TV, eating around the dining room table (inside or out) and relaxing by the pool.
I loved it outside. It is a quiet rural area and the surroundings are so calm, peaceful and private. I loved reading my book on the sun loungers or chairs before the rest of the family stirred from their lazy mornings. The pool is bigger than we were expecting and just what we needed for cooling down or having some fun. The kids loved the freedom of hoping on their bikes and practicing their cycling skills on the surrounding quiet lanes.
The house is a short car journey or a 20 minute cycle from Soustons. Soustons is a small and pretty town on the side of a large lake that has all the essentials and you can organise a number of fun activities from here. It is separated from Soutons plage which has more of a 'holiday' feel to it... being very much based around the wonderful beach and the smaller lake, which again have a number of activities to get involved in.
Anne-Laure and Eric, the owners, are very lovely. They live next door but the houses are very separate and private and they were very discreet. We met them a couple of times during our two week stay for a polite 'hello' and a 'goodbye' and all other communication was via the vrbo messaging system with them on hand to answer any of our questions. With the language barrier this worked perfectly for us and they gave some great recommendations.
Thank you Anne-Laure and Eric. We loved staying in your idyllic holiday house and would not hesitate to recommend.
