About this villa rental
Exceptional villa backing onto the forest in a peaceful residential area close to the center of Soustons, a lively town all year round.
500m from the lake, magnificent walks or bike rides will allow you to discover splendid landscapes. The cycle path at the back of the house joins the beaches of Vieux Boucau, Seignosse and Hossegor. A salt-heated swimming pool will relax you when you return from your walks or surfing sessions.

This single-storey house, built in 2025, in a green space fully develops the art of living indoors outside. You will be transported thousands of kilometres away while being deeply rooted in the Landes landscape.
The whole is composed of a 100m² living space opened by generous bay windows onto a large terrace of 75m² with heated swimming pool to the south, a terrace to the north overlooking the forest and an intimate patio to the east with an outdoor hot shower. Depending on the seasons and the prevailing winds, you can choose to open one, two or three bay windows to enjoy the ideal setting of the villa.
Around this central space, there are four bedrooms offering 10 comfortable beds. Two bedrooms equipped with large beds of 160x200. Two others equipped with beds of 140x200 and a bed on the mezzanine of 90x200. The four bedrooms offer a full wall of storage space to make everyone feel at home.
Two bathrooms with showers bathed in light complete the set.
For moments of relaxation, the large sunny terrace to the south, equipped with a large table for 10 people, garden furniture and deckchairs, allows you to enjoy the salt-heated swimming pool secured by a roller shutter for the little ones.
Finally, a large laundry room will allow you to store your sports equipment safely.
Arrivals and departures (summer) are on Fridays to allow you to avoid Saturday traffic and enjoy your stay longer.
Pool heating is included in the rental price from May to the end of October.
