Just 20 minutes from the airport, 22 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa, and 20 minutes from Guéliz, you’re close to everything while enjoying a calm, exclusive environment.
** IMPORTANT**
* Passport Information*
After booking confirmation, please provide soft copies of your passport prior check-in date.
This information is solely used for: Building security to grant you access & Registering your stay.
* Check-out *
Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
guest are kindly requested to let the cleaning team enter and start the service at 9 AM on the day of their check-out.
* Property Access Cards/Keys *
Please return the parking and gym access key in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of MAD 500 per lost item.
* NO SMOKING INSIDE *
Please refrain from smoking inside the home any smoking evidence will result in an additional fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
* Maximum Capacity*
This property has a maximum occupancy limit of 10 guests total. in case of more then 8 guests please inform in order to prepare sleeping capacity.
* Cleaning Fees *
The cleaning fee covers cleaning upon check-out only.
