6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night`s charge.
7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
8. Dogs are allowed upon approval. Maximum of two small dogs, 35 lbs or less. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $85 applies. If notice is not provided at least 48 hours prior to check-in, the fee increases to $105. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We honestly fell in love with the property and will definitely check to see if it’s available the next time we’re in the area.The pool was a huge bonus and we really enjoyed spending time outside. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive to any questions we had and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again

This property is a wonderful place to get away and relax. The neighborhood was lovely. The house was welcoming and our grandkids really enjoyed relaxing in the pool!

Wonderfully clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was effortless and quick, and we absolutely loved having a beautiful pool and patio area all to ourselves. The house is true to the listing pictures. Its beautiful, spacious and our older kids raved that it was the best vacation home we've ever picked. We had a truly lovely stay here, and will be saving this listing for any future stays in the Austin area. Thank you for great week!

Overall the information was fairly accurate. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Unfortunately, there was a used q-tip on the master bedroom floor and the dishwasher kept showing an error code so the dishes had to be washed by hand. Also, the pool needed attention. By the end of the stay there was a fair amount of debris in the bottom of the pool.
