Our Mallorcan casa is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and is just a few steps away from the breathtaking sea.
Cala Llombards beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the hidden Calo des Moro cove is 2 km away.
Unwind in this Mediterranean-style, lovingly furnished chalet—a truly special oasis of tranquility right on the waterfront in the picturesque village of Cala Llombards in southeastern Mallorca. Here, your vacation begins the moment you arrive—with wide-open spaces, light, sea air, and a sense of having truly arrived.
The sea is with you right from the morning: Enjoy the sunrise from the rooftop terrace or take a short walk to the cliffs, where steps lead down to the water and a small stone platform invites you to lie back and soak up the sun. The view across the open Mediterranean is breathtaking at any time of day.
Living & Well-Being
We took over Casa Maritimo in early 2026 and lovingly redesigned it in a minimalist, Mediterranean boho style. Light colors, natural materials, and carefully selected furniture create a relaxed, warm atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.
The vacation home features:
2 bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm)
1 modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower-shower
a spacious living area
a fully equipped kitchen
a separate outdoor shower with hot water.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners for cooling and heating. In addition, electric heaters in the interior spaces ensure comfort. Nevertheless, we see Casa Maritimo primarily as a summer home, ideal for sunny months and mild seasons.
All windows have mosquito screens and venetian blinds, so you can air out the rooms comfortably even in the evening.
Four relaxation areas—there’s a favorite spot for everyone
The entryway is accessible via the outdoor staircase; there is no ground-level access.
Casa Maritimo offers an exceptionally spacious outdoor area—perfect for couples seeking tranquility, but also for enjoying time together.
1. The large rooftop terrace with ocean views
A real highlight: sun all day long, a view of the ocean through the trees, a large daybed under a pavilion, four sun loungers, and several seating areas. In the evening—when the sky is clear—it’s a wonderful spot to stargaze.
2. The Fireplace Terrace
Two large outdoor couches invite you to spend long evenings by the outdoor fireplace—romantic, cozy, and sheltered from the wind.
3. The Covered Porch / Dining Terrace
With a large, antique wooden table (approx. 2 m), a bench, and chairs, it’s ideal for shared meals. For cooler days, patio heaters and a retractable wind and rain screen are available.
4. Open Spaces & Retreats
Several smaller seating areas around the house offer space to retreat, read, sunbathe, or simply relax.

The modern outdoor kitchen turns cooking into an experience:
Charcoal grill
2-burner gas griddles

Additional beverage refrigerator
While grilling, enjoy the ocean view —a glass of wine, the evening sun, and a sense of freedom.
Location & Surroundings
Casa Maritimo is located in Cala Llombards, a small, quiet cul-de-sac village with a special charm. In the village itself, you’ll find:
a café-bar
a small hotel with a restaurant
two supermarkets with fresh bread rolls and daily newspapers (open depending on the season)
The beautiful Cala Llombards cove is about a 10-minute walk away. Other stunning coves such as Cala S'Almunia, Caló des Moro, Cala Santanyí, Cala Mondragó, S'Amarador, and the Caribbean-style beach Es Trenc are just a short drive away.
The lively town of Santanyí, with its colorful weekly markets, numerous restaurants, boutiques, and cafés, is only about a 9-minute drive away.

Check-in / Check-out and Security Deposit:
Check-in and check-out are handled by our local support service. During this process, you’ll be given a detailed tour of the house and its amenities. A security deposit of EUR 300.00 must be paid in cash to our local partner; you will receive this amount back at check-out on the day of departure. Please note that payment can only be made in cash and not via PayPal or bank transfer.
Final Cleaning:
The local management service also performs the final cleaning after your departure. The cost for final cleaning is EUR 155.00. This amount must also be paid exclusively in cash on site.
Optional mid-stay cleaning:
For bookings of at least 14 days, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning of the house, including the replacement of towels and bed linens. The mid-stay cleaning takes place after the first week.
If you would like additional mid-stay cleanings or wish to have the house cleaned during your one-week stay, please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to arrange this for you for an additional fee.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights. Please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form for any special requests.
Important information regarding possible additional costs:
Household trash: Trash that has not been disposed of will be charged at the local rates.
Grill: A grill that has not been cleaned will be charged at €50.
Dishes: Dishes that have not been washed and a dirty kitchen may also be charged.

Unique property within walking distance to Cala LLombards. Multiple outdoor spaces for dining, cooking, lounging, and showering (if you prefer the outdoors!). Nice A/C in the bedrooms for sleeping on hot nights :)
