About this villa rental
After a day at the beach, you can cool off in the large chlorine pool that measures 6 x 4 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1 and 1.50 meters. The furnished porch will be your favourite place for lunch and dinner outside or to enjoy a drink in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The modern two-storey house offers everything you need for a comfy stay. From the pool you access a large space that brings together the living room, dining room and kitchen and which is equipped with AC, TV, dining table and ceramic hob. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor we have the two bedrooms with AC, a double bed and access to the terrace each. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. In the house you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
The property is located in the quiet area of Cala Llombards, a short walk from its beautiful beach with golden sand and turquoise waters. Here you will find a grocery store and a bar, but for more services you can go to the nearby town of Santanyí. The area is full of beautiful coves such as Cala Santanyí or Cala Mondragó. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.
