About this house rental
Welcome to our renovated home (2022), designed in a charming Mallorcan style. After the interior was completely renovated in 2022, the outdoor area—including the pool—was fully renovated in 2026, so you can look forward to an even more stylish and comfortable outdoor space, including the pool. The property can accommodate up to 6 people (including children), features a spacious private 8x4-meter pool and a heated outdoor shower, and is located on a quiet side street. The stunning Cala Llombards cove is just a 7- to 10-minute walk away.
The house has a living area of 150 square meters and has been newly furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. It features three bedrooms, each equipped with 180-cm double beds and built-in closets. Two of the bedrooms are identical and measure 19 square meters, complete with TVs and Sky; the third bedroom is slightly smaller at 14 square meters. Two modern bathrooms, including one en suite, provide additional comfort.
The open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchen invites you to linger. Every room is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and (oil) heating,
In addition, each room features a modern ventilation system that ensures a consistently pleasant and healthy indoor climate, further enhancing your comfort.
The outdoor area features three terraces that invite you to relax. The breakfast terrace in front of the house is perfect for starting the day with a fresh cup of coffee and the morning sun. Behind the house, you can prepare delicious meat, fish, or sausage dishes in the evening on the high-quality Weber gas grill. The sun-drenched rooftop terrace, with cozy lounge furniture and a view of the sea, offers the ideal spot to enjoy the sunset with cool drinks.
The house is suitable for both families and couples (minimum age 30). For your stay, we recommend renting a car to comfortably explore the surrounding area.

Costs not included in the rental price:
Air conditioning is billed based on usage via a separate electricity meter. The rate is 0.50 euros per kWh.
After your stay, the accommodation must always be left “swept clean.”
The final cleaning fee, which includes bed linens, towels, and pool towels, totals 300.00 euros and ensures that all guests have the necessary amenities.
