This beautiful holiday home combines breathtaking views over the bay of Cala Llombards with a high-quality and comfortable interior. Located in a quiet residential dead-end street. The property offers around 120 m² of living space and two spacious terraces.
The house features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, as well as an additional guest WC. The bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly into the generous living room, which is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, including four gas hobs, a microwave, an electric oven, and a fridge-freezer.
From the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, you can step directly onto the large, covered outdoor terrace. Here, a beautiful dining area invites you to enjoy long, relaxed meals outdoors, while the comfortable lounge area is the perfect place to unwind.
Outside, you will find a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by six sun loungers, plenty of shade, an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue — everything you need for relaxing days in the Mediterranean sunshine.
One of the true highlights of the property is the beautiful rooftop terrace, offering wonderful views across the bay and the perfect setting to enjoy a sundowner.
The bay can be seen from both: the ground floor and, even more spectacularly, from the rooftop terrace, where the panoramic views can be enjoyed to their fullest.

Couldn’t beat this place, perfect location, perfect house, perfect beach. We had a wonderful holiday and have recommended it to friends. Silke was really helpful and easy to contact and kindly let us check in early as our children had been up since 3am!

A comfortable house with an amazing view of the cove from the covered terrace and fantastic roof top terrace . Pool is quite small but great for cooling down and the beach is just 3 mins down the hill.

Nur der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt.
Bei 2 Wochen Aufenhalt sollte mindestens 1 Zwischenreinigung des Objekts mit Wäschewechsel inbegriffen sein?
Toiletten ab Strand völlig ungenügend. Für die Liegen bezahlen die Gäste dann sollten auch saubere Toiletten vorhanden sein. Wichtig für Gäste mit Mietobjekten dann kommen diese Gäste bestimmt wieder.
