Spacious, comfortable, Mediterranean holiday home for 5-6 people,
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with open fireplace, dining room with large sliding door to the terrace with a view of your own palm trees. Very well equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave etc., 2 large terraces, one of which is covered, the other with a large lounge set, private pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, barbecue area, plot size approx. 500 m², edged with a privacy screen. An outbuilding with a washing machine and dryer round off the comfort. Televisions with satellite reception and German programs are also included. A covered carport for your car is available on the lockable property with gate entrance. A small safe for your valuables is also part of the equipment of the house.
The house has been completely renovated, refurbished and has a typical Mallorcan flair.

Nette woning met goed uitgeruste keuken dichtbij strand en Santanyi, waar 2x in de week een hele leuke markt is.
Huis is goed te bereiken.
Er is in 1 slaapkamer airco aanwezig.
De overkapping voor de auto is ideaal.
Zwembad is perfect voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen.
Aanrader is cala Santanyi en restaurant s’onabeach.

Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Bierhoff und vor Ort mit Theresa hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Das Ferienhaus sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Es war tadellos sauber und mehrmals pro Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt und der Garten gepflegt.
Die große Küche und der Kohlegrill läd zum Kochen ein und auf der Terrasse kann man gemütlich essen und ein Gläschen Wein trinken.
Es waren genügend Sitzsauflagen, Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme vorhanden.
In nur 15 Gehminuten ist man beim beeindruckenden Strand Cala Llombards. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto auch schnell an den anderen Stränden.
Ein Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir würden das Ferienhaus definitiv wieder buchen.

Be aware that there is no water pressure and some times not even water. Very hard to get a proper shower.
Everything else was very good.
