This charming holiday home in Cala Llombards near Santanyí on Mallorca offers the perfect combination of tranquillity, Mediterranean flair, and comfortable amenities. With a living area of approx. 149 m² and a spacious outdoor area, the house is ideal for a relaxed holiday with family or friends.
The lovingly designed outdoor area with a private pool forms the centrepiece of the property. Around the pool, several sun loungers are available, inviting you to relax under the Mallorcan sun. A covered terrace with a dining area and additional terrace areas offer plenty of space for shared meals outdoors or cosy evenings in a Mediterranean atmosphere.
In the interior, you will find a bright living and dining area with direct access to the terrace and pool area. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and create a pleasant connection between the interior and exterior. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The holiday home has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, another with two single beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and also provides space for two people. Overall, the house is suitable for up to six guests.
Another highlight is the terrace on the upper floor with a view of the surroundings and partly of the sea. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun or let the evening wind down in a relaxed manner.

Privacy: The house is completely private. Although the owner lives in a separate apartment on the lower level, there are no shared entrances, spaces, or facilities.
Tourist tax:
According to local regulations, all guests must pay the Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa). Some booking platforms do not automatically calculate this fee in the booking price. In this case, you will receive the corresponding information separately before your arrival.
Deposit:
For all stays, a refundable deposit is required. This will be refunded after departure, provided no damages have occurred.
