We had a wonderful stay and honestly, this was probably the best accommodation we saw in the whole area. The apartment felt brand new, beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely well equipped. Everything we needed was there, and the bathroom was especially great — modern, spotless, and in excellent condition. The beds were also very comfortable. What made our stay truly special, though, was the wonderful host and his family. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and thoughtful. They always checked in to make sure everything was okay and even left us some delicious local and self-made treats. Whenever we needed anything or had something to sort out, communication was easy and pleasant. We really appreciated how welcoming and caring they were throughout our stay. The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable for us was the quite humid air inside the apartment, although there were two air-conditioning units available, which helped a little. The apartment is located on a narrow street, with parking directly in front of the property. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but we managed without any problems. The location itself is excellent — just one street away from the lively area with restaurants, markets, and nightlife, while the sea is also within easy walking distance. A big thank you to the host and his family for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend this place and would be very happy to stay here again!

Апартаментът беше безупречно чист, всички уреди бяха нови. Местоположението е чудесно, буквално на 2 крачки от главната улица и още няколко крачки до плажа. Да имаш паркомясто в Ла Калета през август беше многа важно и удобно. Най-ценни бяха препоръките на Марио и Джесика за турове, ресторанти и плажове. Направиха почивката ни наистина прекрасна !

Very fresh and clean apartment with all you need. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Also little port where you can go on the boat trip and beautiful beaches.

If someone ever find anything they don’t like about this property then Mario the Host will quickly help them out !

Wonderful apartment. This is our first time in Sardinia and we will definitely be back. We felt at home in the apartment. It is very spacious, new and clean. It is in the very center of La Caletta. I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. The hosts are phenomenal.
