La posizione molto comoda situata praticamente nella via parallela al centro. Tutto il mobilio è fatto artigianalmente a mano. La caletta è una città molto attiva la sera, con eventi e concerti quindi per chi ama la tranquillità ed ha problemi a dormire la notte non è consigliata.
La doccia e il Wc perdevano parecchia acqua. La doccia non aveva una tenda da doccia adatta per non fare bagnare il pavimento del bagno. Mentre il WC ogni volta che si tira l'acqua con la tavoletta alzata escono degli schizzi.

Ottima posizione
Appartamento presentato come adatto per famiglie e con quattro posti letto, ma in realtà c'era un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto inutilizzabile. Abbiamo dovuto comprare due materassini gonfiabili per fare dormire i nostri figli.
