Vicinanza al centro(1 min a piedi) con bancarelle serali, farmacia, supermercati e 4 min a piedi dalla spiaggia la Caletta. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il paesino di pescatori molto caratteristico(5 min di auto).
Rumore dei condizionatori e odore delle cappe esterne dei ristoranti se si vuole stare con le finestre aperte,,,per quanto riguarda il rumore é ovvio essendo proprio in centro al paesino,,,ma le finestre sono ben insonorizzate.

Appartamento proprio in centro, quindi a piedi era possibile raggiungere negozi, bar, ristoranti e la spiaggia della Caletta. Camere grandi e con aria condizionata. Proprietario molto disponibile.
Il bagno forse da aggiornare, box doccia piccolo con doccino che non manteneva la posizione.
