Vacation home, Adults Only, completely self-contained, beachfront, and featuring a garden with a parking space. The property is located right in front of the beach; simply open the garden gate to step onto the white sands of La Caletta Beach. Profumo di Mare is a home built in the 1970s right at the foot of La Caletta Beach. Renovated in February 2022, it’s ideal for families or small groups dreaming of a beach vacation with a view and all the comforts, without having to use a car to get around. In fact, as soon as you open the gate leading to the garden, you’ll find yourself literally walking barefoot on the sand. You can also reach the town center and main amenities with a mere 5-minute walk—either along the main street or by following the small wooden walkway that connects the two ends of the beach. Surrounded by a garden with a veranda and an outdoor dining area, it features a reserved parking space. Arranged on two levels, the first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, and direct access to the veranda with a relaxation area and ocean view.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms (one with a sea view), a single bedroom with bunk beds, and a second bathroom.
The property features spacious outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy the cool evening air. All rooms are private, and the two bathrooms—each equipped with a shower—allow even small groups to enjoy a comfortable stay. Parking is limited to one spot, but there are several parking spaces just a short walk from the house where you can park your car.
The house does not have air conditioning. However, since it is very close to the beach, it is constantly breezy. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events cannot be held. Furthermore, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. An outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a washing machine are available.
