Appartamenti Fronte mare

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei maggiori punti di forza: l’appartamento si trova praticamente di fronte al mare e in pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi. È inoltre molto comodo per il centro, dove la sera si trovano le bancarelle, negozi, bar, ristoranti e tutti i principali servizi. L’appartamento era pulito, spazioso e adatto a trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità. Un ringraziamento particolare all’host, sempre disponibile e tempestivo: ogni piccolo inconveniente è stato risolto immediatamente con grande cortesia e professionalità.

L’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare riguarda l’assenza delle zanzariere alle finestre. Essendo una zona dove in alcuni periodi sono presenti molte zanzare, sarebbe un piccolo accorgimento che renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più confortevole, soprattutto durante la notte.

Die Wohnung war mit ca. 55m² für eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (5 Jahre + 4 Monate) ausreichend. Die Küche hat die wichtigsten Elemente vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein umklappbares Schlafsofa. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein normales großes Bett vorhanden, inkl. ausgestattetem Kleiderschrank (z. B. mit Bügeleisen). Das Bad ist auch im gutem Zustand und hat nur geringe Verbrauchsspuren. Eine voll funktionsfähige Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt und unmittelbar am feinen Sandstrand sowie an den Restaurants und Supermärkten gelegen.

Das Schlafsofa ist etwas ungemütlich und macht Quietschegeräusche. In der Küche fehlt eine Mikrowelle. Vor dem Eingangstor benutzen viele Katzen den Boden als Katzenklo, was etwas riecht, sobald man sich nähert. Manchmal kann man durch die dünnen Wände die Nachbarn hören. Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz, aber an den Seitenstraßen ist es kostenlos (ca. 100-150m entfernt).

The location was brilliant with beautiful beach just across the road and lots of choices for food and shopping just a couple of minutes away. The outdoors showers… absolutely brilliant!! and with a very strong flow! Never use the shower in the flat after that.

The size is a bit small for 4 people and not very friendly for children. TV and internet are extremely limited, we use our phones WiFi and my daughters had movies downloaded on her iPads, so bear that in mind. The flat is at the back of what looks like a big house but is really a condo kind of building. It can be difficult to find and the instructions are not really good explaining this fact. Entrance is to one side behind a kiosk so very confusing. The road in front is one way only, so you have to drive in circles if you miss the property, we had to do 3 circles before find it. It is very modern and has the basics for cooking but nothing else. Not even salt or oil, we were spoiled on other places when we had all these and more so this one being the last in our trip was a bit disturbing but not their fault at all.

Posizione vicinissima al mare, al centro e a un supermercato. Proprietari disponibili a risolvere con celerità i problemi che si sono verificati. Ottima la presenza all'esterno di lavatrici e docce all'esterno.

Appartamento sul retro a piano terra. L’appartamento a mio avviso non può considerarsi per quattro persone. Spazi ridotti, divano letto scomodo, nessuno mobile di appoggio. Abbiamo dovuto mettere due sedie in soggiorno per appoggiare delle cose. Unico split aria condizionata si trova nella zona giorno, quindi molto caldo in camera da letto. Spazio esterno di ns competenza molto ridotto, con tavolo inutilizzabile per mangiare fuori. L’appartamento dà su un canale/fiume non proprio pulito, tantissime zanzare/mosche che costringono a tenere le finestre chiuse, vista la mancanza delle zanzariere. Check in effettuato con oltre un’ora di ritardo senza preavviso, solo quando ci siamo presentati, siamo stati informati di un contrattempo.
