Die Wohnung war mit ca. 55m² für eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (5 Jahre + 4 Monate) ausreichend. Die Küche hat die wichtigsten Elemente vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein umklappbares Schlafsofa. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein normales großes Bett vorhanden, inkl. ausgestattetem Kleiderschrank (z. B. mit Bügeleisen). Das Bad ist auch im gutem Zustand und hat nur geringe Verbrauchsspuren.
Eine voll funktionsfähige Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt und unmittelbar am feinen Sandstrand sowie an den Restaurants und Supermärkten gelegen.
Das Schlafsofa ist etwas ungemütlich und macht Quietschegeräusche. In der Küche fehlt eine Mikrowelle.
Vor dem Eingangstor benutzen viele Katzen den Boden als Katzenklo, was etwas riecht, sobald man sich nähert.
Manchmal kann man durch die dünnen Wände die Nachbarn hören.
Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz, aber an den Seitenstraßen ist es kostenlos (ca. 100-150m entfernt).

The location was brilliant with beautiful beach just across the road and lots of choices for food and shopping just a couple of minutes away. The outdoors showers… absolutely brilliant!! and with a very strong flow! Never use the shower in the flat after that.
The size is a bit small for 4 people and not very friendly for children. TV and internet are extremely limited, we use our phones WiFi and my daughters had movies downloaded on her iPads, so bear that in mind.
The flat is at the back of what looks like a big house but is really a condo kind of building. It can be difficult to find and the instructions are not really good explaining this fact. Entrance is to one side behind a kiosk so very confusing. The road in front is one way only, so you have to drive in circles if you miss the property, we had to do 3 circles before find it.
It is very modern and has the basics for cooking but nothing else. Not even salt or oil, we were spoiled on other places when we had all these and more so this one being the last in our trip was a bit disturbing but not their fault at all.

Bilocale moderno praticamente fronte la bellissima spiaggia de la caletta ma allo stesso tempo ad 1 minuti da ogni servizio. Struttura molto pulita, padroni di casa eccellenti sempre disponibili e gentili. Carino il giardinetto privato molto riservato . Veramente soddisfatti sotto ogni aspetto! Struttura super consigliata !
Solo alcuni suggerimenti: sarebbe ottimo avere a disposizione forno a microonde e macchinetta del caffè . Magari qualche cuscino in più . Ma sono solo suggerimenti non indispensabili.
