Elegant 2BR Retreat Prime Downtown Location Overlooking Parks Greenbelt

The property is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, making our stay very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, with major supermarkets such as Walmart and Fred Meyer nearby, making it easy to shop for groceries, prepare our own meals, and do some shopping. It also offers easy access to major highways, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the basement unit, and there are a few things worth mentioning. Bringing heavy luggage down to the basement can be quite a hassle, especially if you have several large suitcases. During autumn, fallen leaves tend to accumulate along the walkway, making the entrance area look a little untidy if not cleaned regularly. Another minor drawback is the noise from the upstairs unit. Heavy footsteps or children running around can sometimes be heard quite clearly from the basement, which may disturb your peace and quiet. Overall, these are a few areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

Really a very nice stay. The greenway behind the apartment was beautiful and the accommodations were nicely appointed. Honestly had the nicest kitchen knives of ANY home/apartment/room I've ever booked, for what it's worth. The beds were comfortable and access to the apartment was very straight forward.

I had to book a VERY last minute stay after my flight to Kodiak was turned around due to weather. My initial thought was that this stay may have been a bit overpriced, but honestly it just kind of looks like accommodations in Anchorage are quite pricey. Beyond that, this was a bit of a walk to the actual downtown area. It was a lovely walk, but multiple city blocks before getting out of the residential area.
