House is located within walking distance of downtown and the coastal trail. Safe neighborhood with easy parking. The beds are comfortable, with one bed even having an adjustable mattress for comfort. The living room furniture is worn, but still usable. Kitchen is nice and has a large refrigerator and gas range. Large dining table. Nice views of the water. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at this very cool home. The location can't be beat! Hosts were responsive and helpful. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer, I would have loved to get proper use of those gorgeous kitchen applicances and spend more time on the dreamy front deck. We'll be back!

House is comfortable - nice views. No AC but my understanding is that this is an unusual warm season. 3rd bedroom, with the king bed, is located in the basement area - a little creepy but it worked. Close enough to walk to some of the downtown area.
