I loved how easy the booking was, the instructions were clear when I arrived I struggled to open the door, called the manager and was given instructions immediately and was in no problem. It was so nice and "cozy" which is definitely the right word. I like the garage access, and the space was clean, with all the amenities there. I felt safe with my children, and they of course loved the stairs! I also love how close everything is to downtown and the trails.
I will stay here again and again.

Overall, the location of the property was fantastic! Close to Ben Boeke and easy to get to other rinks for play. I love the open floor plan and it was easy to cook Thanksgiving dinner for ourselves and guests. I like the split level and 2 full bathrooms. The garage is a big plus with the extremely cold temps. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely rebook this property.

In addition to comfort and convenience, this house has flair. The architecture is unique. We loved the windows, the stairs with indoor garden below, and the huge window overlooking the main floor from the huge master bedroom. This house was perfect for our family reunion.

This rental has a lot of things going for it: it's nice to have a garage to park in and we liked the layout of the home. The primary bedroom is upstairs and away from the living room, as is the second bedroom, which is in the back. It allows those still sleeping to keep doing so without being disturbed by those who are up.
There were four of us - two adults and our 17 year-old and 12 year-old. Having our 12 year-old sleep on the hide-a-bed (not a futon) in the primary room with us worked just fine. Be sure you ask in advance to have the bedding for the hide-a-bed ready for you, as we had to ask the housekeeper (who was finishing up as we arrived) for it because it isn't stored where the bed is.
The kitchen is pretty well stocked, and we appreciated that there was foil, Ziploc bags and storage containers to use. There are spices in a rack but the salt is coarse and we could not find a grinder. Not a huge deal. We also appreciated that there were standing fans to use since the home does not have A/C (which we were aware of). The home is clean and comfortable. The beds are very firm, which I liked but my husband did not.
Be aware if you are traveling in summer, that the bedrooms do not have blackout shades, and that there is a window in the primary bedroom which does not have any sort of blinds and looks out to the main living area and is right below the skylights. Privacy isn't compromised by the window, but it makes the room bright as day during the long summer days.
The neighborhood is "ok." Driving to the home we were a little apprehensive because of the visible homeless population, but once we got there, we saw that most homes are nearby are decently maintained, and we felt safe.
