Jessica was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She made check in and check out a breeze. The place was spotless when we arrived. They had a couple snacks on the table (that my kids quickly devoured) and coffee for the adults. The beds were comfortable, and the location was super convenient! I’d stay here any time I come to Anchorage.

I feel a little let down by the listing and the many 5 star reviews. The place feels a little run down, location was fine. The curtains in the bedrooms were sheer and let in lots of light, making it hard to sleep. We were on the first floor of a multi-unit building (which was not mentioned in the listing) and whoever was above us stomped around with elephant feet all until after midnight each night, waking us up over and over. The shower head is comically low. I’m 5’8” and had to squat to take a shower. We did a small load of laundry and had to run the drier cycle 3 times before our clothes were no longer damp. I could go on. Less than great overall.
