It is very close to airport if your flight comes in late. The unit is clean and quiet. It is downstairs but there were no noise issues. It is in a neighborhood that maybe doesn’t look the greatest anymore, but it was very quiet and we had no issues. We didn’t try any places to eat nearby but there are some nice places in Anchorage. They get busy!

This is a low budget place to stay - a spacious 2 bedroom duplex, quite old and not renovated in a questionable neighbourhood (broken smashed cars next door). Check in was easy, shower and water pressure and kitchen well equipped. But the beds were old and the linen very old and pillows maybe older. While we slept ok, it was a bit noisy - train nearby and airport were both easy to hear, as were the footsteps of people living upstairs. Gardens overgrown.

Was just okay. The neighbors were so loud upstairs until about 1am. I thought they were in our apartment more than once. It may just be the way the duplex is built. Place was clean enough, but needs to tlc.
