The apartment itself and the location were great for our stay. Cleanliness was great and good wifi.

Keys needed to be picked up at an Ezy Mart - which was a few minutes walk away and had to be returned there (preferred if they could be left at the room). This is a private rental and therefore no luggage storage or any assistance from reception. this was highly inconvenient given we had arrived earlier in the morning and there were no instructions for any storage of any kind and the number provided was not answering text or calls. we picked up keys at 2pm, and they didn't work - we tried to call the numbers provided through booking and from our confirmation messages - no answer. when we did finally get through they requested video and photos of how the key wasn't working. we provided those. Then we were directed to reception who couldn't get a hold of anyone. it took us 2hrs to access our room. they advised they would give us a late check out - which they never did even after i followed up with no response. I finally received a response at 10:32am on the morning of check out to let me know i had until 11am. Amenities were not great - no face washers, limited toilet paper, limited coffee, no milk, no pool towels even though there was access to the pool, sauna and gym. Terrible service all round from the management company Elevate Stays. wont be staying at any properties they manage in future.
