Location was excellent. Clean and tidy with everything you might need. Games and books were a nice touch. Couch was so comfortable. Terrace was large and comfortable. Good view of the river and gardens.
A few options for pillows would be good. The ones there were too high for me as a side sleeper. Having to store our luggage offsite before being able to check in added an additional cost to the trip that was unexpected.

Gorgeous accommodation, very clean and had everything you could wish for. Very comfortable bed and the study nook was excellent as my husband was able to work while we were away. Great communication with the host and in a very convenient location with lots of dining options near by. Key collection was a little unusual but it worked ok. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
Only having one key and not being able to leave it at reception was a bit frustrating. Due to the building works at the nearby station we were unable to use the balcony but that was fine as the weather a bit hit and miss with rain

Incredibly clean, great view, had everything we needed! Bed very comfy, great location and free parking was definitely a bonus. Smart TV and games for a great night in with a home cooked meal on the balcony - beautiful :) Host has great communication

Everything, it just felt like a home.
I have travelled and stayed many places but nothing like Modern on Mary. The host had everything,I just bought food to cook. Air fryer, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, blender ect ect.
