Everything is new and comfortable, great for couples, we visited as a familly of 4 and it was ok. Nice building, good location, free parking relatively nearby. Big terrace. Two new air condition units are doing a good job to cool the appartment.
Noisy street but that is everywhere in San Remo because of bikes. Windows are new but my recommendation is if possible try to better soundproof the windows. Lack of storage space for clothes and luggage.
