Localisation idéale. Avoir un parking. Petit mais d'une propreté impeccable. Calme (sauf les mouettes). Très petite salle de bains mais douche spacieuse, agréable et bien ventilée. Sanitaires neufs. Attention à la toilette qui semble mal fixée au sol (elle tourne) = source de fuites chez le voisin d'en dessous? Cuisine mignonne fonctionnelle et neuve. Lave-linge.
La lumière de rue trop.puissante qui éclairé l'appartement la nuit. Vaisselle beaucoup trop lourde et massive. Un.petit chiffon microfibre pour essuyer/nettoyer le comptoir auraient été apprecies ainsi qu'un.linge a vaisselle. Comment faire secher le linge autrement que sur des cintres à la barre de rideau de la fenêtre ouverte ?
