I would go back if travelling in the area.
Rooms were clean, also the bed sheets, towels etc. Friendly staff. The apartment had all necessary for us and in good working order. It is quiet and the location is close to public transport, the beach and the marina with restaurants. Intermarche close by for groceries if needed. It is however not a prime location like Cannes nearby if you're looking for that. I knew because I checked the map. The pool is under strict rules which makes it private and relaxing. The apartment also comes with one underground parking unit across the street.
One or two minor things that equate to nothing. The AC has a cyclic noise that may be a nuisance if must stay on during hot nights. I couldn't hear a thing with my earplugs on. I can't remember the second thing.

I loved the facility, the beach and the super market was 10min walk from the appartement . Also the host Mr Omar was wonderful he was always available when we need him.
The sofa beds wasn't suitable for little kids.

Very good
Great holiday apartment with one bedroom and a nice balcony. The location is also in walking distance (need to find the way under the railway) from the beach/port with a huge selection of different restaurants. The swimming pool was good for relaxing and playing in the water. The parking was under the ground and locked.
There was a dropped down metal barrier in the parking slot that could in worst case damage the tires.

Ci è spiaciuto tornare a casa
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo residence ben curato, immerso nel verde, con una piscina pulita e ben gestita. L'appartamento è accogliente, spazioso e provvisto di tutto quel che serve. La terrazza è vivibile e ben sfruttabile anche per mangiare. Il garage è stato molto utile. La posizione è strategica: è possibile raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi oppure visitare altre località in pochi minuti d' auto. L' accoglienza e la comunicazione con la proprietaria sono state ottime.

Super appartement à proximité de tout
L’appartement est super. A moins de 10 min à pied de la mer, balcon très sympa avec une petite vue mer, top pour manger en famille. Toutes les commodités à 2 min à pied. La piscine dans la résidence est aussi très jolie. L’environnement est calme et agréable. Oumar, qui s’occupe de la gestion de l’appartement est très sympa et réactif.
