Location was great , parking was a bonus . Roomy apartment . Unfortunately wrong keys put in safe but walked to agency and it was rectified immediately by great staff member . A bit noisy but we knew that with the location so wasn’t a problem.
Just needs a freshen up . Cracked floor tile in kitchen , leaking tap in en suite, dusty windows , balcony wasn’t good. Floor was loose boards with screws raised , windows filthy , expected with being near water but table and chairs on balcony needed a good clean. Door handle on back door ( outside handle ) weather damaged could be replaced . But all cosmetic apartment is great .

Great position and facilities and the secure parking a big bonus, would love to stay again if we could afford to
Lounge carpet was stained and found broken glass in the kitchen, shame the windows were filthy and decking on the balcony is in desperate need of repair
