Harbourside Haven Apartment 4

Overall it was excellent. The location was perfect. Very clean apartment and very comfortable.

The balcony was a bit of a disappointment it was too small for four people. The photo was deceiving. The wording said a garage but in fact it was underground parking. It was extremely difficult to manoeuvre. We were not informed about the parking or any details until we had paid for the holiday .

Location is very good. Apartment is clean with good amenity. It’s a shame because generally the apartment worked well, but the Parking facility was awful.

Parking - not fit for purpose and complete NIGHTMARE. Managed to get into carpark, but took me 20 minutes to get out and damaged my car in process. I had to make alternative arrangements for parking which was inconvenient and costly. Entry/exit very poorly designed and grossly inadequate space to manoeuvre. It beggars belief as to how this building was ever allowed/approved. A minor dislike was the bathroom basins were very tiny and water splashed everywhere.
