The description was very accurate and the host gives us an useful manual that explains very well how to use the different household appliances. I also find everything really clean and confortable. Moreover the building was technologic and safe. I will recommend it!

部屋は新しくて、とても清潔だった。アメニティ、洗剤、掃除機、キッチン用品など滞在に必要なものはすべてそろっていた。部屋は大阪の中心街にあるが、夜も緊急車両などのサイレンを除いてはとても静かで、近隣の部屋の騒音などは全く気にならなかった。エレベーターが自動で必要階に泊まるので、セキュリティもよかった。入室退室についてのメールもタイムリーで問題なく行えた。徒歩圏に居酒屋、うどん、焼き鳥、コンビニなど食事にも困らない。
一週間の滞在でスーツケースが3個あったため、広げる場所に少し困った。多人数での宿泊に備えてベッドが3人分寝室にあるが、ベッド周りが狭く、クロゼットをあけたりものを入れたりするのが難しい。リビングにソファーベッドもあるので、寝室のベッドはダブルベッドだけで十分だと思う。提案だが、部屋の丸テーブルも折り畳みの小ぶりのテーブルのほうが、部屋が広く使えるのでは？ゴミの分別のため、室内のゴミ箱が2種類、ゴミ箱用のビニール袋ももうすこしあれば助かった。ベッドとテーブルの狭さで9点をつけたが、一名での短期滞在の場合は10点だと思う。
