Lift, quiet place, close to supermarket/convenient stores and public transport. Communication was top-notch throughout.
The space is adequate for five guests, though the layout feels a bit tight. The kitchen and living areas end up feeling a bit 'squeezy.' The dining table is small which makes group meals a challenge.

Nice location, easy to get to and reasonably well connected to all the main Osaka spots! Everything you need facilities wise and a bit more. Beds comfortable and a nice place to sleep in between sights.
As expected the place is a little cramped and difficult to navigate with lots of people + luggage. But we managed.

地點方便，周遭有超市、多家便利店，很多餐廳，即使超過22：00回來也有很多用餐的店家。床鋪、棉被很舒服、也沒有異味。兩套衛浴可同時洗漱非常方便。備品充足，洗衣精、洗髮精、沐浴乳、洗手液均足夠使用，且有足夠的垃圾袋。接待人員可即時回覆訊息，並使用住客的語言，非常的貼心！
室內空間偏小，行李箱不易展開。住宿時，室內不時有小飛蟲，應該是廚房管線髒污，強烈建議消毒並設置廚餘分解機改善。在比較少使用的地方有較厚的灰塵，但不影響空間衛生。陽台很髒，未整理，無法將洗好的衣服晾曬戶外，室內雖有晾衣架，但展開就不易行走。

リビングが狭かった。TVがあると紹介されていたが、番組は見ることができなかった。
