キッチン、トイレ、バスルーム等の設備が新しく清潔感がありました。 大阪駅から近いのも良かった。

場所が分かりにくい。 建物の目印や表記がないので、夜だと見つけられないかもしれない。 ５名で予約したが、歯ブラシ等のセットやダイニングのイスが４名分しかなかった。ベットも大人５名では狭い。 壁のインテリアパネルが落下して危ない。

Literie d'une très bonne qualité. La salle de bain jolie et pratique Machine à laver le linge pratique et rapide Fer à repasser avec table à repasser à disposition Bonne climatisation bien appréciable.

Un éclairage absent pour passer du 5 eme etage au 6 eme étage : c'est dangereux !!! Nous l'avons signalé à notre arrivée mais aucune réparation n'a été faite !!! De plus, un escalier pentu sans rampe pour aller à la chambre et un portique avec cintres en haut : dommage car pour nous pas pratique. Aucun placard de rangement pour les vêtements et les valises en bas au niveau du salon : très dommage. L'appartement est assez sombre alors que la chambre est lumineuse. Manque de vaisselle : pour 2 alors que nous étions 3 .

Convenient location, easy to find and access, close to everything (parks and local train stations). Good communication, nice to offer early bag drop off. Had good kitchen facilities. Easy and clear instructions for appliances. Comfy bedding.

The floor wasn’t very clean, we found a dead cockroach when we arrived. Dusty corners and exhaust fans. Upstairs bedroom had mosquitoes (we had not left the door open). Bathroom door jam kept falling off (needs maintenance). Very steep and slippery stairs (we were warned) would really benefit from some non slip stickers on the ground as there is no handrail.
