    Starting with the positives : I appreciate the easy Check in , the fact that you can leave your luggage, the staff is really helpful and kind, i really liked the bath area which is a real plus and the fact that everything is really clean. The inside of the Cabin is very big. My negative : The problem is really the noise, the cabin are made in a way that it will be noisy. The material inside the cabin. And although the curtain. Obviously it makes sens that you are provided earplugs for your comfort, but for someone who doesn’t use them in general and had never had a problem with noise. It was my first experience where I felt the noise really bothered me. And I really think it comes overall from the way the cabin are built which is a shame. Also the fact that the curtain doesn’t go all the way down let the noise of everyone passing in front of the cabin. And some people just drag their feet and have no care for others. I wouldn’t go back to a cabine like that even though I liked most of the experience.

    I've stayed at First Cabin Nishi Umeda twice and both times have been great. It is on the pricier side of capsule/cabin style rooms, but it is quite worth it. (and roomier too!)

    This was my first time flying business class in Japan. The only business class cabin I can afford. Haha just kidding! Btw, this place is better than most capsule hotels I have tried. The capsule is spacious. The amenities and perks are the best. You can have the best tasting coffee for ¥200 yen if you are a customer. The common area/lounge us great. The spa (onsen) is great too. Overall, my stay is relaxing!
