The homeowner is very proactive and helpful in contacting you and reminding you of all the necessary information for moving in. The environment is quiet, and the location is excellent, just 3 minutes from the supermarket.
The WiFi wasn't very stable; couldn't connect to the internet TV on the last night. Also suggest that the apartment should have outdoor clotheslines to accommodate guests who want to dry their clothes in the sun.

Great stay overall. The bed was very comfortable, all the amenities one can need, air-con, fridge, wi-fi, washing machine, shower, and small tub, sofa, table, and chairs. Everything was great. Easy to check in with instructions and code. The host was also very nice and helpful and would always answer to my questions quickly. Thanks
It was a bit of a walk to the Umeda train station, and the fact that check-in was at 4 (most accommodations offer at 2 or 3) and check-out was at 10, usually 11 at other accommodations.
