Good price, has what you need ie 2 beds and toilet and shower. Another plus is that there's a washing machine so you can do laundry.
So strange that the toilet and sink are in separate rooms. The bedroom has a very bright clinical light which is not very comfortable. There's no place to sit except a very small desk which barely fits 2 people.
There was a sewer smell in the bathroom when we arrived.

A small TV and microwave would be nice to have but not essential.
