Both the house and the location. It's just 5 minutes from the Noda subway station and many restaurants and convenience stores. From Noda it's 5 minutes to the immense Osaka station and malls. The house is big, has all the amenities you need and is very clean and is located in a very quiet neighborhood so you better be quiet to. Perfect vending machines with nice drinks located 25 metres away. It's also perfect for business users as the business district is 10 minutes away the other direction.
Tips: get e-sim to use Google maps, Lens and Translate and prepare on beforehand the Subway system. People in general don't speak English and a lot of signs are not also in English so be prepared for that,
