Great location, with the station right there and the shotengai market street behind it. The guidance and messaging from Samy beforehand was extremely helpful, and they put a lot of effort into their small little guides for check-in and recommendations in the area. Absolutely made the trip for me and my friends.

初めてゲストハウスに泊まったので色々と不安なことも多かったのですが予約してから宿泊までの間メッセージも早急に返信があり解決できて安心して向かう事ができました。またチェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただくことも出来て有り難かったです。万博に行く事を伝えていたからか分かりませんが、お部屋には写真撮影に使って下さい\(//∇//)\と沢山のグッズや万博雑誌が置いてあり心配りに感動しました。お部屋の中はとても清潔で各部屋に冷暖房ありシーツやマクラ、タオル全て清潔でした。６人家族で向かいましたが三階建てでお部屋も沢山あったので家族の大きなイビキに悩む事なく快適に過ごせました。次回の大阪旅行があればこちらにしたいと思いました
到着した日、まぁまぁの大きさの蜘蛛が居て、民家だし近所も密集しているしで仕方ないとは思いました。駆除させて頂きました

お値段がリーズナブル。
家族みんなで一つ屋根の下で過ごせるのがよい。
オーナーさんの気遣いがとても良い。
タオルがたくさん置いてあってよかった。
サーキュレーターや洗濯物干しがあってよかった。
万博とユニバへのアクセスと立地が素晴らしい。
駅の周りに24時間営業のスーパーやファストフード店がある。
ベビー用品を設置してくださり助かりました。
ベッドの数が多くてよい。
一通りの調理器具が揃っていてよい。
子どもが好きそうなDVDをおいてくださっていた。
ご当地のお菓子を準備してくださっていた。
タンスやものを置く場所があり、長期滞在でもよい。
2階のトイレの水を一回流すと次があまり流れませんでした。
洗濯乾燥機があるとパーフェクト。

Good location to get to city centre. 7-11 and family mart near by. Very clean and tidy. Good for family 7-9 people.
Wifi very slow and Japanese toilet function is not working.
