民泊は初めてでしたが4人で2泊2万かからないのはお得感しかないです。立地（駅近、雨の日があったが駅から濡れずに帰って来れたのは助かりました）、清潔感に関してはこちらを利用したのは良かったです。利用していないが乾燥機付き洗濯機や調理器具等が取り揃えてあるのも有難いですね。 ホテルと違いスタッフが常駐していないのも個人的には◎
オートロックの開け方入室方法が当日になっても送られて来ずに入るのに手間取った所と、アメニティグッズや調理器具が取り揃えられていたが何故か歯磨き粉だけが無かったのは残念でした。 壁の装飾品が剥がれ落ちてて、6月に出来たばかりみたいですが大丈夫か？とはなりました。
