浴室乾燥がついてて洗濯できるところ
緊急連絡先に電話をかけても切られ、2回目以降は何回かけても電話が混み合ってて繋がらないとアナウンスが入り留守電を入れても折り返し電話がない。 また、おそらくスタッフ同士で連携が取れておらず、物理キーがないと言われたり、一部屋だけ鍵の場所が違うと言われたり案内がバラバラで1時間以上部屋に入るのに手こずりました。

建物自体新しく、お部屋の中も水回りも全て綺麗でした。 細かく掃除していただけてるのが分かります。 近くにコンビニもお弁当屋さんもあるので便利です。 夜も静かでぐっすりねむれました。
今回3人で宿泊したのですが、ソファベットを使う際に敷くシーツが無かったのが気になりました。 手持ちのバスタオルで代用しました。

Washing machine and big comfortable beds
dripping water on my bed from air conditioning and the horrible electronic system which regulate the entrance to the room. The system got spoilt last evening and we need to wait on the stairs about hour before we got the real key
